At Neptune Mountaineering, we want to ensure your gear fits perfectly for your next expedition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
